Meet the Keepers

We met in culinary school, over 25 years ago.  After spending years working in kitchens we have now found our niches - Bill works for the State of Florida, and Michelle is a surgery scheduler.  We started keeping bees about 3 years ago, and when Bill wanted to become a honey judge, a new industry was born.  We have 9 hives in our yard (currently), and use that beeswax to make the products you see here.  Aside from beekeeping we love traveling and scuba diving, so who knows where you could find us!
