Meet the Keepers

We met over 25 years ago in culinary school, bonding over a shared love of good food and craftsmanship.  After years spent working in processional kitchens, we both found our different niches - Bill now works for the State of Florida, and Michelle is a surgery scheduler.

About three years ago, our journey into beekeeping began.  What started as a hobby quickly turned into a passion.  When Bill set his sights on becoming a certified honey judge, this new venture was born.  Today. we care for nine thriving hives right in our backyard.  The beeswax we harvest is the heart of every product you see here - pure, local, and lovingly handcrafted.

When we're not tending to our bees, you'll likely find us exploring the world, scuba diving, or planning our next adventure.  Who knows where you could find us?  Thanks for being part of our journey!
