Our infused honeys take the finest fresh and whole dried ingredients and combine them artfully into products so delectable that your tastebuds will throw a party in your mouth.  We strive to create blends that highlight both the spices and seasonings, as well as the honey used to produce a delicious product.  These are offered in 9 oz. jars, perfect to give as gifts, or keep for your own table.

Pumpkin Spice

Raw unfiltered honey, Cinnamon, Mace, Allspice, Nutmeg, Star Anise, fresh and Dried Ginger.  A seasonal favorite, our Pumpkin Spice Honey is out of this world.  We toast the spices to enhance the flavor, and then let it steep to allow the flavors to fully bloom in the honey. Delicious on peanut butter toast as a breakfast staple, it’s also the perfect addition to your baked goods.  Try it in banana bread, cookies, or in your morning oatmeal.

Smoked Pepper

Raw unfiltered honey, Dried Habanero, Morita peppers (smoked and dried Jalapenos), Apple Cider Vinegar, Star Anise.  High quality Habaneros bring the heat and Morita peppers bring a subtle smokey flavor. We add a touch of Star Anise and Reduced Apple Cider vinegar to for balance. This honey will start off smooth, but has a slight kick at the end to elevate your palate.  Try it with chicken wings, toss it on cauliflower, or drizzle it on your pizza.
